Terms and Conditions
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breast feeding, taking medication, or have a history of heart conditions we suggest consulting with a physician before using any of our supplement products. Our supplement products have not been evaluated by South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA). Always seek medical advice if in doubt. None of our products are not tested on animals and keep out of reach from children.
Cancellations and Returns
Should you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 12hours of placing your initial order. An email of confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you by us confirming the cancellation of the order. Orders cancelled after this time will not be accepted as cancelled and you will be liable to pay for complete order.
Return policy
Customers may return any unopened bottles within 5 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any products that have been opened. To complete your return, we require an email from you to support@boostsa.co.za . Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed.
Orders
All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.
If the goods you wish to order are not available from stock we will contact you by email and you will have the option to. Wait until the goods are available from stock or cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation & Returns Policy.
When your order has been received we will confirm the details via email (confirmation email). If the details differ from your requested order details please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the confirmation email. The details will be reviewed and in some cases the order cancelled. You should check any received goods on arrival to ensure all is correct and there is no damage to any item.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period. We reserve the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Website at our discretion. We reserve the right to withdraw items from the Website at any time. We will not be held responsible by anybody or any parties for withdrawal of items or for refusing to process an order for any reason.
Payment details
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods plus card processing and delivery charges by your bank. Payment can be made via Yoco payments. No goods/products will be dispatched until funds have been received and cleared in our account. A receipt or pro-forma invoice will be issued after the successful purchase of items/products from Boost.
The price for the goods as set on the Website includes VAT. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination outside South Africa.
Delivery
We dispatch items ordered by you as they are available via our delivery partners Courier Guy
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have registered in My Account. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is wrong. If you wish to change the delivery address you may do so by contacting support@boostsa.co.za
A reply email confirmation will be sent back to you within 24 hours.
